There is nothing wrong with hard work. If you do what you’re good at and achieve results, you’re in a flow. This is energizing. But sometimes that flow is missing, and you start feeling tired and irritable. It is important to identify signs of exhaustion in time, because burnout often creeps up gradually.
The signs that indicate your stress level is too high are:
- Physical complaints, such as headaches, neck and shoulder pain
- Persistent fatigue
- Sleeping problems
- Concentration problems
